One of the garments that Gaurang Shah has created uses 28 metres of fabric. It will be worn by a model with a 28-inch waist, said a statement released here Tuesday.
"Our woven collection at LFW will reflect grandness with contemporary as well as fashion forward captivating look. We have used 12-15 meters of fabric in each of our creation which is unique," said Gaurang while announcing his theme for LFW 2013 Summer/Resort.
The creation is the outcome of collaboration of finest handloom kota weaves from Rajasthan and chic elegance of finest chikankaris of Uttar Pradesh.
It took over six months to create the collection since the time Gaurang conceptualized the theme and design for his pre-fall summer collections.
